Next Transaction Record problem.....

As a point of reference , I posted yesterday in regards to a portal/script interaction.....

....and the response yielded a fix to my problem. YES!

But now a new issue.

Even though there are no records in the table the portal refers to, there is a "default entry" that shows up in the portal, which I do not want there.

I have attached 2 images to illustrate what is happening.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
