Export SubSummary Data

I cannot figure out how to export subsummary data. Filemaker help mentions that the data needs to be grouped but I dont know what they mean by that. my report works great when soting fields and viewing with preview but how does this translate over to an export. Most any standard export would work.

Alright... so I read the help section again and found the group option. If there are any other good ways I would still like to know.
