Guys Im new with Filemaker Pro 5.5, my boss wanted to share the files in the network so i put it in the Filemaker Server. But when he tried to access the files,it's not included in the list but physically it's in the Server.

What seems to be the problem?

open the files away from server and have a look at File menu>sharing. You will see the options there to allow single user - multi user or multi user(hidden).

In order to share the files select multi user and if you want to see them in the hosts box make sure you do not choose multi user (hidden).

The reason you have the option to hide is so that you can just display your main files to minimise clutter and allow them to open any related files.
