Does the Launch PHP Assistant, FMP 9 Advanced convert FileMaker layouts into HTML?

I don't believe it does. I have not used it myself yet but I did watch a short video demonstration of it in action and it looks like it produces a set of standard PHP pages based on what fields you decide to include.

Check Filemaker's website for that video presentation. It will give you an idea of what it is all about.
