How can I autofill TimeStamp location of server?

I have a client with traveling sales people. Oftentimes they are accessing the company FM server from different time zones. Currently the FileMaker client is creating timestamps based on the client computer's time zone. My customer wants all of the timestamps to be based on the server's time zone. Is this possible?

I realize that I can create a time offset for each user but I was wondering if there is a way to pull the time directly from the server so it does not rely on the user having their computer's time set correctly.
