Taxi cab- checkin checkout control Vehicle/Drivers

We are working on a paper system now.

We would not want to recreate... the taxi bus is the same

Drivers lease a vehicle.. so to say they are responsible for damages, cleaning, gas and the car has dents in LR panel etc etc..

Is there anything CLOSE..

Anyone has started or otherwise to share? To built on
