wplate Posted August 3, 2007 Posted August 3, 2007 We're getting ready to migrate to FMP 9, FMPA 9 and FMSA 9. I want to test the new eAuthorize 4.0 plug-in with our solution, but I wanted to verify that I'm not going to screw anything up. If I open our database-- hosted on FMSA 8-- with FMP 9, it won't screw up the database for existing FMP 8 clients, right?
AudioFreak Posted August 3, 2007 Posted August 3, 2007 You'll be fine. They all have the .fp7 extension. The only thing you might see is if you use some of the 9 features such as Scripts in folders it won't show that way if you open the same file using 8. Michael
