Can't access layouts anymore?

Something weird has happened to my database. When I go into layout mode and select "go to layout" there is nothing in there anymore! Before I would see the list of layouts I had made. What on earth is going on?

I know that these layouts do exist because I can get to them through various scripts that I created.
