I'm attaching a registration form that we are currently producing in a desktop publishing format. I'd like to design a layout in Filemaker Pro that will show the Course Selection box (course names, dates offered, price for members & nons, & CME) along with the hotel information. Any suggestions? I have the course information in a table already and can add a field that denotes when we are offering it ("2007 Fall Institute"). I can create a similar table for hotel information, if that's key.

The portal is the answer! However is there a sort of hierachy to spot, so the relation isn't just one to many, but could be designed recursive:
