I'd like to develop on a clone of my production file and later switch out the production file for the revised copy. However, this would require me to regularly import the current data into all 100 tables of the revised file. Is there a reliable method to automate data imports to multiple tables?

Go to Layout based on Table 1, Import Skript Table 1, then repeat this for all the other Tables. A single Skript can have as many Import Script steps as necessary.
