Using variables' contents in a report.

Hi.

I have a variable called $$SelectedUser that is determined when a user selects a user from a drop down list. I am trying to use that variable in a report title. e.g.

Results for User $$SELECTEDUSER

but it simply prints it verbatim. Do I need to do anything to the variable name in the layout so it prints out the contents of that variable?

You can't use variables directly on a layout. Use a field instead.
