How to share db with IWP

Featured Replies

I seem to be stuck, and can't find anything in the manuals or on line...The FMPSA v.9 install went well, the FMServer_Sample opens remotely in Pro, and in IWP, but I can't figure out how to get other databases I upload to open in IWP, or show up in the /fmi/iwp/res/iwp_home.html page. How is this done? I have tried setting IWP both before and after the database is uploaded.

Thanking anyone for advice.

In the Extended Privileges section, set the fmiwp bit for all Privilege Sets that you want to be able to access the file by IWP. Then, any Accounts you want to access the file should be tied to one of those Privilege Sets.

This is all covered in the User Guide, IIRC.

Thanks Steven, that did it!

We are on a license, and receive all docs in PDF, which are harder to use than real paper, and on top of that I had a "senior moment".

Appreciate the prompt assistance.
