Is it possible to share a Runtime App between computers?

On a secondary note...it is possible to do all the security and log in stuff with users and admin, etc. with a Runtime right?

Sorry no. You should host the file using FileMaker Pro or FileMaker Server on a dedicated machine and have each workstation log in to the hosted file using their own licensed copy of FileMaker Pro.

the problem is this Application is for people who don't have Filemaker already!!
