This [FMP-if] doesnt show this photo field for some reason?

[FMP-If: Photoavailable .eq. Photo]<img src=[FMP-Image:Picture] width=400px>[/FMP-If]

I have a check box called Photoavailable if some checks it the value is Photo so if it is checked I want the Picture field to display if not then show nothing. But it doesnt seem to work
