Format/Field Painting question

Featured Replies

I either read or heard (on a video) that you can paint multiple fields or labels by clicking on the paint icon and then holding the Crtl key down and bringing the cursor across the fields/labels you wish to format. Obviously I am wrong, because it doesn't work for me. How do you accomplish this?

I am redoing all my layouts to a softer look and it requires painting 100's of labels and fields.

Thanks for your help.

It's a 3-click process:

1. Select the object you want to imitate;

2. Click the Format Painter icon;

3. Select the object/s you want to format. To select multiple objects, drag a marquee around them.

Thanks Comment. I knew there had to be an easier way. I do believe I tried this before, but, didn't get it to work. It is now working.
