I have clients all over the world in my FM database and need to know what time it is at their location when I call them. How can I create a field that calculates and displays their time if I know their time zone?

Subtract your own time zone offset from the current time, and add the client's?

Note that even an unstored calculation will only update when the screen refreshes. For a "live" ticking clock it's better to use the web viewer - if you have version 8.5 or higher (surely you cannot be running version 5 on Leopard, as your profile indicates...).
