Hello everyone! Can someone shed some light on how could I get a SINGLE report to show both the Fiscal (YTD) totals along side Monthly totals?

The report I am talking about is really a Monthly report that our customers would get, but I'd like the report to show the Fiscal (YTD) totals for reference. Any ideas are extremely welcomed!
