Hi everyone,

I am using server 9 and have had no problems until today I logged onto my admin console remotely and no databases or clients show up in my windows. If I try to upload a database or if I try to change a schedule, I get an error message saying unknown console error and it shuts down. I can still access the database but not the admin console. I even tried uninstalling and re installing the console. no luck. any ideas?

Can you run the console on the server machine itself?

BTW, try using a server OS instead of Windows XP. Works a lot better.

The server is in a different office. I will have to go there in the morning to check that out. But the console was working fine for the last month or two remotely.
