I have a database that has a field called links. It holds various links from anywhere. I am able to hide the long url's filemaker creates with the frameset but when I click on a link it will of course still show my url but display a page like CNN. How do I break out of the frameset to show a page outside my website but stay within the same browser window?

You can use either "_top" or "_parent". The link would look like this:
