Looking for a Customer Relations Management (CRM), Sales Force Automation (SFA) system with contract management, group scheduling, quickbooks integration for an entertainment booking and management agency that places acts (bands, DJ's, etc.) in venues for clients. We have multiple acts and agents. Thanks.

I have a program, little Helper, that will do the scheduling and contact management, but no quick books integration.

This one is work group aware (would handle multiple agents), but it is based on a cooperative work place, not a competetive work place. So everyone can see everything.

Contact management will capture all communications and the main contact screen actually functions as a communications consol.

I just put a slightly mod'ed version into an employment agency.
