If scripts via the web are bad because Filemaker is single-threaded, are scripts with 5.5 okay because it's multi-threaded?

And what about global fields? Does everybody get their own?

ScriptMaker is single threaded in versions 4.0, 5.0 and 5.5.

Scripts via the web are not bad, it is that people do not understand how to run them safely and effectively. Please visit my site for an example of running scripts over the www using FMPro 4.0.v3.

I cannot speak to running scripts in 5.5 because I have not tested (and do not own) 5.5.
