Newbies spinfoss Posted December 2, 2007 Newbies Posted December 2, 2007 I've got a dbase with about 113K records in it. I need to take blocks of that data (maybe 10-15K records at a time, sometimes as few as 150 records) and edit a single text field across all of them. In other words, I do the search to get my data set, then need to edit one line of text across all of the fields in the search result set. Can I do this? If so, how? Seems obvious, but I'm totally missing this.
Raybaudi Posted December 2, 2007 Posted December 2, 2007 Yes, you can. For "how", we need to know more things... 1) The text must be the same for all the found records ? or 2) The text is different, but can be calculated ?
