I have a file that was developed in 5.0 and only had a password. When converting to 8.0 the file asks for a User Name and Password. How do you find out the User Name. I can access it in the old 5.0 but can't find the user name.

FileMaker uses "admin" when you don't have a user name.

I have tried admin and it doesn't work. Other files that were created in an older version shows that as the user name without me needing to identify it. On this specific file, it is asking for a user name and it doesn't recognize admin. However, when I open it up in 5.0, there are no user names to identify.

When you open it in 5, do you have access to the Passwords?

When you convert you need to type in the password as the user and the password.
