Exporting Data from FMP 5 to MS SQL Server

Hello,

I would like to export data from a database set up on FMP 5 to the MS SQL Server. I have no clue how to do this. Does anyone know how to do this.. any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks

Use a comma or tab seperated format.
