Newbies sswartz Posted December 27, 2007 Newbies Posted December 27, 2007 I'm new to the FileMaker program and I'm looking for advice on what I should be doing so that I'm prepared for the certification exam. I took the prep courses (beginner through certification prep), developed a few databases, and generally work in FileMaker 4-6 hours a week. Any advice on how to prepare for the exam? Thanks!
grumbachr Posted December 27, 2007 Posted December 27, 2007 I don't mean to offend in any way but I'm curious as to why you are looking into certification if you only work in FileMaker 4-6 hours a week. I'm sure there are other suggestions but the only certification prep that I am aware of is the FileMaker Training Series book/cd available in the FileMaker web store. You might also look at this FAQ to see if thecertification meets your expectation of what it offers in return. http://www.filemaker.com/developers/certification/faq.html#2
