We're still in the testing phases for our upgrade from 4.1 to 9, but when users try to access a particular file, I get the email server warning that authentication failed. So we wouldn't have to deal with authentication issues during the upgrade, I removed all passwords. That worked fine until about a month ago when these errors started coming in. Also--I am unable to mount any of the FM 9 updates (separate issue)--could that be causing the errors??
