eboxhead Posted January 7, 2008 Posted January 7, 2008 I have recently reloaded my computer, and unfortunatley started FMP before installing all of my fonts. Is there a way to remap that new font to the original, and I have never really worked with custom fonts on a solution before, but do those fonts travel with it, or is it a waste of time to even try to use them?
Lee Smith Posted January 7, 2008 Posted January 7, 2008 Be careful of Custom Fonts. They will be okay on your machine, but if you move the solution to another machine, you have to also install the fonts on it in order to have things work they way you want. On the Mac, you have to have the Font Installed. You can check your fonts using the Font Book.app If this doesn't fix the problem, let us know. Lee
eboxhead Posted January 7, 2008 Author Posted January 7, 2008 Ok, i installed the font once i found it from my old stuff. I figured that the font wouldnt travel, but would it maybe embed itself as a runtime solution?
Lee Smith Posted January 7, 2008 Posted January 7, 2008 I'll bet you already know the answer. If this isn't a System Font, then you will more than likely have to supply it to anyone you give your Runtime to. Lee
