Grab "New User Name"

Using the Create new user script is it possible to "Grab" the new user name and create a blank record ?

This would enable a new user to login first time and have a blank record already there, otherwise on a login where only the users records are shown they will get an error first time they login as there will be no records.

I'm sure this is really easy....
