It worked... and then... no...

I have a 6 page report that uses sliding to shrink the last three pages from the layout onto two. The information on page 5 and 6 varies in length from record to record. I need to find a way to insert a page break after the information that will be printed on page 5 so that no matter how little there is FM will use a new page to print page 6.

I tried putting page six into a Trailing Grand Summary with FM putting a page break before each one. The problem is that only the last record has the sixth page printed.

The kicker is that last night I had it working (I think:). This morning I came in to find that one of my users had done something (claims did not mess around with the layout) and it was no longer working. If I print only one record at a time I get page 6. I need to print about 230 records. That will take FOREVER if I have to go through and click print for each one.

Is there are way to put in a simple page break and not worry about any of the FM "parts"?

Thank you in advance for your help.

ps. I have also found one other oddity. I use a mac to work with FM while my users use Windows. I format the layout to print with A4 paper and everything looks great. When I try to print the layout with the Windows version of FM (after switching to A4 and all) the formatting is all messed up. Parts of the layout that fit on the mac now overlap onto the next page. Could it be possible that Windows and OSX have different sizes for A4 paper? Very frustrating!
