FMS9 Admin Console not Launching

This is not a Leopard issue! I am running OSX Server, haven't had a need to open the FMS9 admin console since I did a fresh install of OSX server and FMS9 about a month ago.

Users can still open all databases remotely, but when I try to launch the admin console, it expands like it's opening, but nothing happens--no password request, nothing! This has never happened before and I need to upload more databases! I've already restarted and that didn't fix. [color:red]HELP!
