Emailing from outlook wanting a return value back in FM

I have send mail script from FileMaker, which sends an email out of Outlook. Is there a way to return an "true" value in a filemaker text field if outlook actually sends the email out?

Im on Windows and FileMaker Pro Advanced 9.

I've struggled with this as well, and maybe someone knows of a way, but I did not come up with one.

How are you to know, even if the email was sent, that it won't be bounced back? Where does you verification end?

With a plugin, you do receive a result that you can check.
