Copy layout to another database

I have created a layout (in this case an envelope address layout) which I want do copy into another database, rather than having to "recreate" the identical layout. The databases are not linked in any way.

Is there a way to copy a layout from one database to another (the fields all exist with identical names in each database).

Thanks for any suggestions.
