Is there a way to make a pop-up menu list limit the fields displayed below it?

For exmaple...

When Pop-up Menu selected is "POP1"

Display fields: Date1, EditBox1

When Pop-up Menu selected is "POP2"

Display fields: Date2, EditBox2

And so on...
