Hello,

I upgraded from Filemaker Developer 7.0 to Filemaker 9.0 Advanced. I designed a runtime solution and use MindVision Installer to run the setup on my end users systems. Some of my clients cannot open up the runtime, they get the following message, "Required DLL File MSVCR80.DLL was not found." I have no idea what the problem is.

If anyone can help me out on this problem, it would be greatly appreciated!

I tried my F.M. 9.3 runtime solution on different windows operating systems. "Windows 98," & "Windows Server 2000 Service Pack 4," and have received the same "MSVCR80.DLL" Dynamic Link Library error. With Windows "Vista," and "XP," I had no errors.

There must be a fix for this problem, I am sure someone else must have had the same problem.

If anyone can figure this out, please let me know.
