Hello

I was wondering how to print all the layouts at once for several records. I want them to print in groups so I don't have to sort the papers later.

What do you mean by all the layouts at once? I think if we help you rephrase your question with the correct FM terminology, we can then offer an answer to your problem.

You can either script the process so that it does this:

Go to Layout (first part)

Print []

Go to Layout (second part)

Print [no dialog]

...

Go to Layout (original layout)

or in FMP 9, use the append to pdf feature to "print" the layouts to a single pdf file saved in the temp directory, then open the pdf file for the users to preview and print.
