If I understand it correctly there is no option in FM to print records with "shrink to fit" other then redesigning the layouts and making them small so that they will fit onto a page. The same applies to save as PDF - it will cut the layout at page limit.

If there is a way to print so that the record will be automatically made smaller please point me in the direction of how would I accomplish that.

Thank you. This will same me some redesign work but will not work totally as my layout is quite large. Well, back to drawing board.
