After upgrading from Win 2000 to XP, users can't print to network printers

Hi there,

I'm having an issue whereby users (who were just upgraded to Windows XP from 2000) switch to a network printer within Filemaker's print setup, but then when they print, Filemaker goes ahead and prints to their computer's default printer.

They are able to print to the network printers in other applications.. Any idea what is going on }:(

I was using a Print Setup script step, and tried it with and without Restoring the settings at the script step level.
