OK so I can script the creation of Accounts & Privileges but is there any way to transfer Extended Privileges?

It's a real pain if i can't.

I presume you mean custom extended privileges?

I don't think this can be automated, although the FM Robot might do this. It will do it for the default items, but I am not sure about the custom ones.
