My preview of an invoice shows all the line-items. When I print an invoice, only the first line-item is printed instead of all the line-items as shown in the preview.

So my previews show correct, but my printouts show only the first line of the line-items.

Can anybody help me?

Are you manually printing it or is this scripted right now? What table are you printing from (line items?) ? If so, check to make sure that print step is not set to "current record"

It was indeed the 'current record' that made the problem. I cannot thank you enough. I was very frustrated about this.
