When I attempt to add a table to the relationships graph, I have the option of choosing my external datasource. The window then displays all of the tables I have in my sql database referenced by the datasource. The problem is it only lists all of the tables and not the Views that I set up. Is there a way to reference my views in the filemaker relationships graph?

Click File -> Manage -> External Data Sources

Select the ODBC data source click edit.

In the lower right hand corner of the Edit Data Source Dialog box there is a series of check-boxes under the heading "Filter By Type:"

Select "Views"

If I had a nickel for every time I've forgotten to do this when setting up a reference to a MySQL db I'd be a rich man. Why views aren't selected by default is beyond me.

Oh, thank goodness! I was so afraid someone was going to post that it was impossible. You're a life-saver, Baloo. I've got that checkbox marked now.
