December 5, 200025 yr Yes. Set up passwords in the database: a "master" password that has complete access, and a "user" password. Set this user password up so that the menus are set to none. In the db's preferences, enter the user password wo be the default. Now whenever the file is opened it will automatically open with menus disabled. To completely control the user's interface create a startup script that hides the status bar and locks it off. Note that since the menus are disabled you need to create all the necessary functionality with scripts and buttons yourself.
