Is there a way to turn:

04142008 (when entered)

and it turns into 04/14/2008 automatically. I know you can do this in 'excel' but no idea how to do this in filemaker

Thank you! This is going to sound like a stupid question but do I make the date field a calculation field and just add this to it or do I need to modify the calculation? It's not working for me...
