I need to archive a lot of paper documents in manila envelopes.

I would like to include some information about each project on a mailing label and affix the label to the envelope.

I've tried this a couple of times in the past without success.

I can't remember what the meltdown was but I recall it had something to do with the particular Avery label I was trying to use.

Before I go to the office supply store in search of new labels, can anybody recommend a particular label that's about the size of a business card.

I would like to be able to do this with a pre-set layout from the labels menu.

the Avery label definition is inside the folder FileMaker Pro 9 Advanced/Extensions/Labels...

If you open your LabelsXXX.flb with the NotePad ( or another text editor ) you'll see something like this:

So you'll be able to choose your label
