Hi I want user to navigate through basic icons to access different databases. I am wondering how to hide the "Show Window" from the menu commands by customizing the menu bar.

Hi Bikeman17,

The simplest answer to this is to create a custom menu set that doesn't include the Window menu, and define it as the default menu set for the file.

Of course, that will remove access to all the commands on the Window menu (probably no loss), not just the "Show WIndow" command. However I'm afraid the Window menu is all-or-nothing ... it can be removed, but not customized. :wink2:
