hank101 Posted April 24, 2008 Posted April 24, 2008 Hi, I'm having a problem converting a file to .fp7. The original file is .fp3. I can manage to convert it using FM6. But when I try it in FM9, the file saves to the desktop and disappears. I've successfully converted 63 other files, this is the only one that I have an issue with. I've tried with and without data in the databases. I've included the conversion log if that helps. The error appears on the last line. thanks 4/24/2008 12:50:09 PM, HSInvoices_.fp7, 0, Conversion started. 4/24/2008 12:50:09 PM, HSInvoices_.fp7, 0, Version: Pro 3.0 - 4.0. 4/24/2008 12:50:09 PM, HSInvoices_.fp7, 0, 8 file references were converted. 4/24/2008 12:50:09 PM, HSInvoices_.fp7, 0, 1 relationships were converted. 4/24/2008 12:50:09 PM, HSInvoices_.fp7, 0, The “Today” function was replaced with a “Today” field and a startup script to update it. 4/24/2008 12:50:09 PM, HSInvoices_.fp7, 0, 12 calculations were converted. 4/24/2008 12:50:09 PM, HSInvoices_.fp7, 0, 0 container objects were converted. 4/24/2008 12:50:09 PM, HSInvoices_.fp7, 0, 14 layout images were converted. 4/24/2008 12:50:09 PM, HSInvoices_.fp7, 0, 51 fields were converted. 4/24/2008 12:50:09 PM, HSInvoices_.fp7, 0, 1 records were converted. 4/24/2008 12:50:10 PM, HSInvoices_.fp7, 0, 4 indexes recreated. 4/24/2008 12:50:10 PM, HSInvoices_.fp7, 0, 4 access privileges were converted. 4/24/2008 12:50:10 PM, HSInvoices_.fp7, 0, 4 value lists were converted. 4/24/2008 12:50:10 PM, HSInvoices_.fp7, 0, 22 layouts were converted. 4/24/2008 12:50:10 PM, HSInvoices_.fp7, 0, Verify Windows Print Setup settings: List. 4/24/2008 12:50:10 PM, HSInvoices_.fp7, 0, Verify Windows Print Setup settings: HSIOpen Script. 4/24/2008 12:50:10 PM, HSInvoices_.fp7, 0, 25 scripts were converted. 4/24/2008 12:50:10 PM, HSInvoices_.fp7, 10, Unknown Error: .
hank101 Posted April 24, 2008 Author Posted April 24, 2008 I figured it out, I had a perform script running on open that I forgot about. Changed that and bingo.
