Can a relationship be designed to match multiple fields in one table to a single field in another but preserve single match criteria nature?

Problem description: Need to lookup a percentile rank value, from table B for each of 15 raw scores, in table A. Table A includes 15 raw sub-test score fields i.e. math, language, science, reading, etc. Table B includes one raw score field (records contain values 0-100) and a percentile rank field for each of the 15 sub-tests (math, language, science, reading, etc). The obvious solution is to create 15 separate relationships that individually match each table A sub-test raw score to the table B raw score which would allow the lookup of the corresponding rank value. But is there an alternative to avoid creating so many relationships? This test is repeated on 4 separate occasions... that would mean 60 relationships if individually required! Any ideas???

No, I think the obvious solution is to split the 15 score fields into 15 records in a related table.
