When I select a record from the portal I would like the appropriate set of photos from the LogEntries table to load in the tabs. But I don't know why it doesn't load them.

Can someone give me some pointers?

Also, how do increase my canvas / form areas width?

You can do this by setting a global field with the record ID of the portal record and a new relationship. However, I think that you are going down a wrong path if you are stating that you want each of the photos in each tab. What happens if there are more records in the portal than the tabs you created?

Each portal record is a daily log + notes and 1-3 photos. The key for the log file to the main Casing table is the Casingname.

So for each portal record, there is only/up to 3 photos.

I just want the photos from each daily log (selected via the portal) to display the specific photos for each daily log in the tabs. (Actually the tabs are optional. I will probably go with a regular object field.)

Thanks for your help!

Alright, well I set a global record but I still don't know/understand how to get the photos to display from the LogEntry table when the form is using the Casing table for the form.

I have set the entry id to a button that sets a global to the entryid.

Here is my db. (256 kb)

Perhaps someone can help. Thanks in advance!

You'd set the global field with your script (from the portal). But you did not create a relationship using the global field (to the EntryID), so nothing was going to change. I added that for the Tabs.
