Problems printing labels on Dymo 400

I have a Dymo 400 with 99012 labels and am trying to create a layout so that I can print out labels from my database. I have tried using both creating a new layout and choosing labels and also just creating a box and moving it around until it happens to line up. Has anyone had any experience successfully getting labels out.

Any help would be appreciated
