Newbies suzisme Posted May 20, 2008 Newbies Posted May 20, 2008 Hi Folks, I haven't been able to find a definitive answer on this. I am researching the feasability of using a web-published FileMaker database to collect information from projects. Here'a a scenario: I created a quickie test DB using a template. I edited a few fields. I changed one field to "Projects" and then imported the Project names from my primary FileMaker database. I have 2 primary questions: 1)I would like Projects to then be able to go to this new database via the Web, select their project, then fill out a few fields and potentially attach a .pdf file and perhaps a .jpg. Has anyone done this? 2) Some Projects may also have video clips, although I read in the IWP Guide that graphics, sounds, and movies can't be added to a container field. Could I have users add a reference to a video clip through IWP? Thanks so much for any insight! :

Newbies suzisme Posted May 20, 2008 Author Newbies Posted May 20, 2008 Thanks...that sounds like it will do the trick, and may become my eventual solution. But I am wondering if anyone has done something similar without a server-side script? Thanks again!
