Kent Searight Posted May 26, 2008 Posted May 26, 2008 Hi all, Where do I get the Unix files that I need to have installed in order to be able to execute fmsadmin commands from a remote machine? Thanks in advance! -Kent
Wim Decorte Posted May 26, 2008 Posted May 26, 2008 I'm assuming you're using FMS9? Then sadly that is no longer possible because of the way FMI chose to use a unified Admin console for both platforms.
Kent Searight Posted May 26, 2008 Author Posted May 26, 2008 Hi Wim, Thanks for the reply. That wasn't an answer I was expecting. I would think that FMI could at least install the necessary files on a machine when FMP is installed on that machine. Wouldn't that work regardless of the unified Admin console? Thanks! -Kent
Steven H. Blackwell Posted May 26, 2008 Posted May 26, 2008 No, Wim is correct. Remote command line is no longer a supported configuration option. Steven
